Jiesper Tristan Pedersen
Anthropologist and Climate Scientist, PhD.
Jiesper Tristan Pedersen is an experienced anthropologist and climate scientist with a PhD in Climate Change, Emissions Scenarios, and Science-Policy Communication from Utrecht University. He has over six years of interdisciplinary research experience and seven years as a sustainability consultant and mediator for businesses and public organizations.
Jiesper is an IPCC expert and has contributed to international research projects across Europe and Africa (Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique & South Africa). His work focuses on bridging science, policy, and society to support sustainable transitions. He is also a certified coach and experienced facilitator in innovation, user engagement, and sustainability strategies.
Gladys Owino Onyango
Program Coordinator, Kenya
Gladys Owino Onyango is an experienced program coordinator with a strong background in developing, fundraising for, and constructing new health facilities in underserved areas, including the successful establishment of Esikoma Hospital. With specialized training in HIV care, family planning, and jigger treatments, Gladys brings valuable expertise to community health initiatives.
She is responsible for hospital coordination, outreach programs, and the local implementation of BasicD projects, ensuring that healthcare services effectively reach and support vulnerable communities.
Peter Trasbjerg
Business Development and Sales Leader

As a board member, Peter brings extensive experience and a strong understanding of corporate governance, combined with a passion for creating value through sustainable and innovative strategies. As a B-Corp Impact Manager, he is committed to driving positive environmental and social change while aligning business goals with global sustainability standards.
With over 15 years of experience in board roles and advising C-level executives, Peter has a proven track record in guiding organizations through strategic decision-making, focusing on customer value, finance, sustainability, and growth.
Peter is also an Associate Professor in Marketing Management at Business Academy Aarhus, where he integrates academic expertise with practical experience, offering valuable insights into both theoretical frameworks and real-world applications.
